Lavender Essential Oil

10ml Lavender Essential Oil.

Lavender is a great all round oil. It can be added to bath water to soak away a stressful day or applied to the temples and the back of the neck.

I like to add a few drops of Lavender to my pillows and bedding to help for a restful night’s sleep.

Possible skin irritation.
