Issues

If you are buying from outside the UK. Please be aware that postage can be very slow..
Please keep this in mind when buying from me, be kind and be patient. Once the items are sent....I do not control the post, so please remember this before having a moan at me or leaving me bad reviews. I am always happy to do what I can to help, so please feel free to message me with any issues.
All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, so you will be able to track your order.  You will receive a tracking number once I post your item.


I am not responsible for any TAX or VAT of your items when entering the country of destination.

Returns
Should an item not be as you expected, or you changed your mind. Please return it to me in the same condition that you received it, well packaged for the journey ready to receive a refund. When returning unwanted goods, please note that I do not refund postage costs and you are responsible to the cost of returning an item to me. If you would like to return your item, please do so within 14 days and send the item tracked - please provied me with tracking information. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will not be refunded and is responsible for any loss in value.

Please Note
In the interest of hygiene, I cannot accept returns of Earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or unfit for purpose. If you require advice on returning items, please contact us.

Packaging

Where I can, I reuse and recycled my packaging. So, if your item turns up in an Amazon box, it's not from Amazon it's just me trying to keep packaging costs down and trying to do my bit for the planet where I can. The bubble wrap might be a little bit tatty, and the box might be random but always know your items will be very well packaged, so they travel safely to their new home! 

Shipping

I try and get items packaged and shipped within 3-5 working days.
